For Studios & Licensed Partners

Win more work with flow you can prove.

License CaterFlow annually, run projects under your own studio, and deliver simulation-backed proposals your clients can’t argue with. You run the projects — we train your team and co-pilot your first one.

No exclusivity

You keep full ownership of your clients and your pricing — no territory lock-in.

Lead routing

Direct inbound leads in your region can be routed to certified partners (when available).

“Flow is the most underrated factor in a successful lunch experience.”

Fix it before it costs you.

Every engagement ends with a boardroom-ready report and ranked recommendations — the evidence your client needs to sign off.

Who it’s for

Two kinds of partners use CaterFlow to win and keep clients.

Caterers & Catering Consultants

Win and retain clients with simulation-backed proposals.

  • Walk into pitches with evidence, not opinions
  • Show measurable queue-time and throughput gains
  • Justify staffing and station layout with data
  • Turn one-off contracts into retained advisory work
  • Stand out from caterers who only quote on food

Architects & Kitchen Designers

Validate freeflow capacity and bottlenecks before construction.

  • Test capacity and flow before a single wall is built
  • Catch congestion points while they are still cheap to fix
  • Compare layout options side by side, objectively
  • Defend design decisions in front of the client board
  • Reduce costly post-build redesigns and change orders
The deliverables

What you hand your client

Every project produces the same premium, evidence-led package — ready to present.

Congestion heatmaps

Visual maps showing exactly where and when the space clogs up during peak service.

Ranked bottleneck list

Every constraint identified and ordered by how much it hurts flow — no guesswork.

Flow grade

A single, defensible score that summarizes how well the space handles its peak.

Impact vs. effort recommendations

Prioritized fixes plotted by payoff against effort, so clients act on the right things first.

Scenario comparisons

Baseline against alternatives — layout, staffing, timing — with the numbers to back each call.

Boardroom-ready report

A polished, presentation-grade document your client can take straight to decision-makers.

The economics

How partners make money

You sell flow optimization as a productized service. Typical client-facing packages partners build on CaterFlow (you set your own prices — ranges below are illustrative, not guarantees):

Flow Risk Scan

A fast baseline audit of an existing restaurant — grade, heatmaps, and ranked bottlenecks. A natural entry engagement.

Design Validation Sprint

Validate a new-build or renovation layout before construction — compare options and catch congestion while it is still cheap to fix.

Tender-Winning Pack

Simulation evidence attached to a bid or client proposal — the differentiator that closes the work.

Partners typically price these engagements in the low- to mid-four-figure range per project, and higher for multi-site or new-build work. Landing even a small number of projects across your annual license can cover the license cost — everything beyond that is margin. Your actual pricing and volume are yours to set.

Partner onboarding

Activation goal: first paid project delivered within 30 days.

You’re never on your own. We get you to independent delivery in three steps.

1

Train

Week 1

We onboard your team on the platform — how to build the digital twin, run simulations, and read the outputs.

2

Co-Pilot

First project

We run your first client project alongside you, reviewing the model and the report so you deliver with confidence.

3

Scale

Ongoing

You run projects independently under your annual license, adding more sites and scenarios as your pipeline grows.

Why it helps you win work

Clear differentiation

Offer something competitors cannot: a data-driven flow guarantee, not just an opinion.

Fewer redesign surprises

Validate capacity before build, so you avoid the expensive rework that erodes trust and margin.

Stronger proposals

Attach heatmaps, grades and ranked fixes to every pitch — proposals that close.

Defensible decisions

Back every layout and staffing call with simulation evidence the board can trust.

Which license fits you

All plans are annual licenses. Pick by how many projects you run and whether you need your own branding.

Starter

For focused single-site optimizations.

For independents and small studios running a handful of focused, single-site projects each year.

  • Up to 3 projects / year
  • 1 seat
  • Client portal sharing included

Pro

For multi-project teams who need animations.

For multi-project teams who need more capacity and animated MP4 walkthroughs to bring proposals to life.

  • Up to 8 projects / year
  • 3 seats
  • Client portal sharing included

Studio

White-label

For high-volume teams with white-label needs.

For high-volume partners who present under their own brand — includes white-label reports (your logo + footer).

  • Up to 15 projects / year
  • 5 seats
  • White-label PDF reports

Partner FAQ

Is an NDA available?

Yes. We routinely work under NDA and can sign yours or provide ours before any client data or plans are shared.

What counts as a “project”?

A project is one physical space you model and optimize — typically a single restaurant or cafeteria site. Within it you can run multiple scenarios and plan versions at no extra cost, up to your plan limits.

What happens if I exceed my project limit?

You can add extra projects at your plan’s per-project overage rate, or upgrade to a higher tier at any time. We’ll flag it before anything is charged — no surprises.

How many seats (users) do I get?

Seats scale with your plan: Starter includes 1, Pro up to 3, and Studio up to 5. Seats are for your team members who build models and run simulations.

Do client portal viewers count as seats?

No. Sharing a project with a client through the client portal does not use one of your seats — portal viewing is included on every plan.

Can I present reports under my own brand?

Yes, on the Studio plan. White-label export puts your logo and footer on the PDF so the deliverable is fully yours. Starter and Pro reports carry CaterFlow branding.

Can I upgrade mid-term?

Absolutely. You can move up a tier whenever your pipeline grows; we pro-rate the difference for the remainder of your annual license.
